All profits from Fara are funneled to the \u003ca rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Fara Foundation\" href=\"https:\/\/farafoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eFara Foundation\u003c\/a\u003e they created in 2009, which focuses on healthcare, elder care, education and food security in the Matagalpa area. They founded and manage the Fara Clinic, serving tens of thousands of patients each year, providing both primary and specialized care - totally free for those that need it. The Foundation also collaborates with eldercare institutions, provides food assistance to nearly 100 families, and offers scholarships and educational funding, They even created an elementary school at their Santa Rita farm. We can't say enough about the Farahani's passion for improving the quality of life in that region of Nicaragua,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou can participate in their work, indirectly, by purchasing this coffee. Roasted light-medium, we catch walnut, plum and cocoa notes, low acidity, with a sweetness that makes this coffee so easy to drink.
