We're so sorry you want to return your purchase!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, at our cost.

We also recognize that every coffee doesn't appeal to everyone. Just return it to us and we'll credit the product cost & your shipping cost to your account towards a future coffee purchase, or replace it with a coffee of your choice (of near equal value).

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If we cannot make it right, we'll happily refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5 business days (usually earlier). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
