Pleasantly sweet and clean, subtle creamy walnut, cranberry and brown sugar on the tongue. Delicious using any brewing method.

These high-altitude Nicaraguan coffees have surprising low acidity for a Central American coffee. We find it sweet and pleasant, with a clean sweet aftertaste, and subtle undertones of creamy walnut, cranberry and brown sugar. It's a very enjoyable cup with a breakfast pastry, but I'd drink it all day long.

We roast it dark, and as espresso, It stands up well to added milks. Do you prefer french roast? Let us know and we can roast up a batch even darker for you.
